Texas Mountain Laurel

Texas Mountain Laurel is a small landscape tree with outstanding landscape value. It usually grows to a height of 6 – 12 feet.
We grow our Texas Mountain Laurels from seed harvested at our nursery. To ensure a nice full tree, three seedlings are planted in every pot. They spend a year in pots before going to the field. There, they are planted in 18” Rootmaker knit fabric bags.
Upon harvest, our Mountain Laurels are cured for three weeks prior to shipment.

We are on our final harvest of the 2009-2010 season. The first week of May, they will all be cured and ready to ship. There should be 5', 6', and 7' trees available. To compare the difference in these sizes, go to these pictures. We are now taking reservations and arranging trucks to San Antonio, Austin, Houston and the Dallas-Fort Worth areas. Anything remaining will be containerized and ready for shipment in July or August.
